RULE NUMBER 1:
The most important factor in ANY Fine Art purchase is to buy what you like – a piece that speaks to you or transports you to another time or place. Collectability can also be important but the overriding factor should always be to buy what you like!
TIMING IS ALSO IMPORTANT:
Since David limits his edition sizes (the number of prints available), clients who commit early get the best possible prices. And many can enjoy an increase in the value of their art as well. He has gained a loyal secondary market following over the years. Because of these smaller edition sizes, it’s important to get in early when you purchase his artwork. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve spoken with people who absolutely love a particular piece but pass on buying it when they first see it or when it’s newly released. Then they contact me in the future and find out that it costs a lot more or is sold out. Once a print edition reaches “Rare” status, we raise the price for the remaining prints. Of course, once a piece is “Sold Out”, the secondary market takes over. Too many times, collectors end up paying more than they needed to. Buy what you like and buy it early!
STAY INFORMED:
To see all of David’s new releases (at their opening prices), I encourage you to sign up on our e-mail list. You’ll see each new piece and also receive updates on upcoming events and shows that David will attend. We realize that your e-mail address is confidential and do not share it with anyone.
THE WOMEN OF HARLEY:
Every two years, David adds another piece to his wildly popular “Women of Harley” collection. Many clients have collected all of these over the years!
HOLIDAY SERIES:
In December of 2015, David started this new series. We take orders until January 1st for these holiday themed offerings.
STEAMPUNK COLLECTION:
David typically comes out with one of these a year and they are always a hit! Many times, the entire edition is sold out in a day. This collection allows David to really be creative and have fun with the subject imagery and the process.
