Ice Relic

We are pleased to announce the release of “Ice Relic”.  On April 4th, 1942, this Messerschmitt Bf 109 was shot down over a frozen lake in Russia.  As the pilot was evacuating the cockpit, the crippled craft quickly broke through the ice and remained underwater for the next 61 years.

In 2003, it was pulled from the icy waters and is now in the U.S. for restoration.  You can read more here:

We are now taking orders for canvas prints (hand-signed, numbered with Certificate of Authenticity) in three sizes and will be closing the edition on January 31, 2018 (the anniversary of the German surrender at Stalingrad).
