“This piece was commissioned by The Art of  the Spirits for a bourbon label. It was to commemorate the anniversary of the Navy Seals. The canvas comes with a signed numbered bottle of cask strength bourbon.”

by David Uhl

Two years ago, artist David Uhl partnered with Art of the Spirits on his second “artwork/bourbon” offering “The Originals”, which joined “Final Run” in this collection. As this series moves forward, it will introduce very different subject matter – the common ground being the art/bourbon package. As with the first two packages, we are only offering 30 print/bourbon packages.

“SEALs have survived from the earliest days because of the hallmarks of success and operating tenets adopted by them through the actions and activities of their legacy brothers in NCDU, Scouts and Raiders, OSS Maritime, and Underwater Demolition Teams. SEALs are and will remain unique among all Special Operations Forces, because it is they who are called upon when tasks need to be carried out clandestinely: where there is a high security risk; or if the task is a particularly difficult or delicate one, where operations involve working in small numbers under isolated, unsupported, and/or hostile conditions, and where the approach to the target is on or under the water.”

– CDR SEAL (Ret) Tom Hawkins

These Fine Art prints come hand-signed by David, numbered and framed, with a Certificate of Authenticity. The label on each bottle of small batch bourbon will be signed and numbered to match the artwork.
