Three years ago, we launched a very different piece, titled “Dia de los Muertos”. We are excited to announce the worldwide release of the third and final piece in the series, “Entre Dos Mundos”.

As you probably know, David has offered a special piece for the Sturgis motorcycle rally since 2005. This will be the last year for David’s official Sturgis commemorative offerings.
This year’s first commemorative painting is titled “Dream Weaver”; you can find details here.
Our friends at the Wheels Through Time Museum in Maggie Valley raffle off a motorcycle in November every year. David was asked to do a painting to commemorate this year’s selection.

We are happy to announce the release of a new David Uhl masterpiece, a painting he completed last year. “Crusty Knuckle” shows a unique style for David. The thick, expressive paint is an approach David will be exploring more this year. More details, here.

David was honored by the Antique Motorcycle Club of America’s Facebook Page with the Legend of the Year Award for his passion for antique motorcycles and capturing the lifestyle of the motorcycling community.


This year, David painted two commemorative pieces for Prevost’s 100th anniversary celebration. The first painting features “Clarisse”, Prevost’s first production bus, with the historic Chateau Frontenac in the background. For more information, please click here.

Prevost 100th Anniversary Commemorative, titled “Santé”. Features a stunning nighttime look across the river at the Chateau Frontenac. Quebec City is a magical place and David does it complete justice with this painting. More details here.

David Uhl was inducted into the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Hall of Fame. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem introduced David and proclaimed that August 7, 2024 was now David Uhl Day for the entire state of South Dakota!
